I’m getting quite sick of hearing President Obama, Geithner, and other government officials insinuate that the Loan Modifications through the HUD approved counselors and the Making Home Affordable program are the only legal and legitimate solution for a Loan Mod.  Yes, I agree that there are scam artists out there preying on the distressed homeowners.  Those scam artists should be thrown off a pier into the ocean with an achor chained to them!  Read more »
